Occupied Residential Home Staging of a Penthouse in Ottawa

As a group project, we participated in the staging of this penthouse in Ottawa. The owner was thrilled, receiving an offer on the property almost immediately. 

Thank-you all for your beautiful transformation of the Penthouse condo located in Ottawa.  The living room was completely opened up to showcase the lovely views.  The foyer turned from bland to gorgeous. The solarium area became open and inviting.  The overall effect of taking over 3 elevator loads of items from the unit made the property look newer, larger, and more attractive.  We have already received an offer on the property.  All the agents that have shown the property marvel at how it now feels like a Penthouse.
